Supplier terms (summary)

This summary explains how supplying GPU capacity to Rackloom works. The full supplier agreement is emailed to you with your approval and takes precedence over this page. See also the terms of service.
1. Onboarding
You give us the machine's public IP address (or host name), SSH port and SSH user, and add the Rackloom access key to the machine.
We run an automated machine test that checks the GPUs, driver, container runtime, kernel and network.
After admin approval, we set the machine up remotely with that same key, and the machine goes live.
We never ask for your passwords or private keys. The only access we have is the public key you add.
2. Pricing
By default Rackloom prices every machine automatically from live supply and demand: the network's market price for its GPU, adjusted for how much of that GPU is rented. The automatic price is never set so low that a rented hour pays less than idle pay, and never above the soft limit, so idle pay is kept. It changes gradually as the market moves.
You may instead set your own price per machine, anywhere between the floor and the maximum for its GPU. Above the soft limit, idle hours earn no idle pay. You can change your price at any time in the console.
Rackloom may override the price of a machine to keep it within the network's limits.
3. Idle pay
Idle pay is paid per GPU per hour while the GPU is listed, idle, online and passing health checks, after network and platform fees, at the rate shown in your console when the hours accrue.
Each GPU type has an idle-pay cap for each rig size (single GPU and 8-GPU server), counted in GPUs.
When more GPUs are idle than the cap, every idle GPU in that group is paid cap ÷ idle of the full rate. For example:
8× B300 · cap 32 GPUs, 40 idle now. Over the cap: 40 idle GPUs share a cap of 32, so the tier pays 80% of its full rate.
You can still list a GPU type that is at its cap.
Rewards accrue hourly and are paid with your monthly statement.
4. Rental income
Rented hours earn the net rent instead of idle pay: the rental price after network and platform fees. Every rented-hour figure in the console is shown after fees.
5. Requirements
Stable power and network, as stated in your facility profile.
The machine stays reachable with the Rackloom access key while it is listed.
At least 7 days' notice before withdrawing capacity that has an active rental.
A rented machine is never removed mid-rental.
6. Payouts
Payouts are monthly, by bank transfer or in USDT (TRC20 / ERC20), USDC (Base / Solana) or BTC, to the payout method on file.
You are responsible for the taxes on your income.
7. Review, suspension and deactivation
Every machine is reviewed before it goes live.
Rackloom can pause capacity that fails health checks or breaches the acceptable use terms. A paused GPU earns no idle pay.
Deactivation removes the machine from the network and stops its rewards.
